A county near here refers to itself as the "covered bridge capital of the world" -- over 30 original covered bridges in what was a very large amish area. A natural spot to head for this challenge.

I took all kinds of shots that look like Bob Ross paintings, but for some reason this shot, which was a last minute thought and a quickie, was the most interesting to me. Hopefully it will stand out from the rest of the images.

Great perspective on this bridge! Seems cropped a little tight at the top, but still very interesting to look at!

It looks like a bridge that's been forgotten. I really like the way you've gotten down close to the planking to take this photo. One can see the grain in the wood, and your depth of field is really great. One can tell tht a lot of work went into building this old bridge, a lot of great workmanship. A lovely Black and White photograph. Congratulations! !

I like the low angle of this shot. Actually, this is growing on me as I comment. Nice patterns. Good contrast. There's a light at the end of the "tunnel". Nicely done. Score upgrade from 6 to 7. Swash

Should have called it "The light at the end of the tunnel" - Looks great. Don't know if I'd be driving my car through it though!

Nice picture. Like the style and the use of curves in the bridge to good effect! Good depth and leading. Makes me wonder what I'll find at the end of the bridge. The bright end point could possibly have been used to more effect by having someone stand there, or another object to give a silhouette effect... Well done!

the angle seems just a bit off (although that might be the construction). nice shot and use of b&w.

I like the balance and perspective of this shot. Taking the photo from on the ground was a very wise move. Good work.

The perspective and lines make up for the bullseye composition. Nice play of lines.

Very good capture of the massiveness of the bridge, even in 2D.
