 Probably not the ideal portrait, but I like the lines created by the shadows and the way Katie's right eye is lit by a sliver of light.

She's very pretty and, while unorthodox, I think this is great.

Another beautiful portrait of a girl I feel I almost know :-)
I love the half black face and the silverish light on her hand.
I like the DOF, having all the details of her face and seeing her hand blurred into the background.
(She should stop eating her nails though ;-)
