We had an incredible sunset the day I took this shot. I rushed outside and started taking some shots. One thing I wanted to try that I had read about was doing an intentional blur, but hadn't found the right subject yet. This just jumped out as an opportunity. Just did a minor shake of the camera when I pressed the shutter. It will interesting to see how it goes over. Can't wait to share some outtakes on this one!

Post-processing - Resized, that's it!

What do you do with a photo like this? Personally I would delete it, but maybe you'll give us some explanation that IS reasonable to like about it.

I like the colors here, but I think the technique works better with nonsillouetted subjects--somehow light objects against a dark--or even a light background have the most painterly effect (at least in my experience, and I do this a lot! (too much perhaps)

It's actually a pretty cool shot, the blur doesn't take over but it's still interesting enough. It'd be a cool print.

I like it a lot and this fits the challenge well although other than dpc people who looked at the photo might not appreciate it...

How many likes have I deleted as good-for-nothing! It was wrong. I should have kept them and create a new style, I'm afraid.
