One would generally think of a bridge as a structure that unites what lies on either end of it. But here the bridge can also be seen as a division – as a car speeds across the bridge towards some distant destination, the driver is sadly oblivious to the tranquil scene which lies just metres below.

Taken with an infrared filter.

I like the composition here, though I'm not sure what the title is referring to. However, the shadows and lines of the bridge bring my eye there pretty quickly, and then I shift to the watercraft. This image is a bit grainy for me, even though I like grain a lot; I just can't see the purpose here. A bit blurry, too. Still, I like the lines and composition of this shot.

This is really a fascinating photo - it has a very antique look to it that I love. Nicely done!

Did you use a filter attachment (i.e. Cokin, Hoya, Tiffen...)? Your Willow is almost infra-red in feeling. I like this shot very much.

"Barrier"? - Perhaps if the "two worlds" were being shown.....
Is that another bridge in the background?

the color shot must have been really nice! I think this photo misses color but it seems like a real nice place.

I don't know if you did this on purpose, but I like the surreal effect you got with the over exposed background and also the duotones of this shot. The silouette of the person under the bridge is really neat, but I also wish you had cropped out the power lines tower and also waited to get another shot of the bridge without any moving traffic.

Nice pic. I like the coloring effect you used to make the image seem more fantasy-like. Good job.
