PRINT. This would probably sell wonderfully.

ClickNSee,
I love the lines in this photograph. I love how all the lines are starting in the left and get broader as you move to the right. Very nice!

Further to our other discussion, it seems that some of the same types of shots win quite a lot here. It is amazing when you are voting, at how many times you see the same type of shot. For instance with the "passing time" challenge there were at least 5 or 6 shots of chess. The imagination or lack there of, of people always seems to lead them in the same direction in many cases in the challenge.

Take Care,
Ben

I like the alternate layering of warm and cool tones, all blending at the edge. This is a good example to show the relationship between abstract art and the "real world."

I really like how your composition pulls the eye to the left side. Nice nature perspective.

Nice picture but very dark. It adds a certain character to the photo. I like how the water and clouds draws your eyes thru the whole photo instead of just being one thing to look at like most photos. I'm not fussy on the leveling or clarity tho. Good luck and best wishes in 2005. <6>

I like how almost all the lines in this photo, including the shades of sky, shores and road all converge off to an imaginary point. Perhaps a touch too dark overall though, and I'd have cloned out a few bits and pieces like the telephone pole to the right.

Great composition and subject matter. Lighting and detail are good, rich in color without being over-saturated, and good use of splitting the shot with the diagonals. ((8))

Very eeire, painterly rendering. There's an overall greenish hue that I find slightly off, and it's losing a hair too much detail to the left for my tastes. Just a whisper of dodging on the left, and a selection at the forward treeline to drop some green out of the BG would do wonders for me I think. Not much, just a little...

Outstanding job on the composition. So many landscapes pictures lack that and rely upon the view to "sell it" !

Beautiful combination of colored layers that you've captured here. The fence posts are a little distracting to me, maybe if you showed more of them, or none at all.

Beautiful lighting and wonderful contrast between the clouds and the green pasture.

Goal for 2005: Get to Seneca Lake! Nice drama here, implied by the wide color scheme and diagonal lines. Super work 9

Seneca Lake? Hector side??? I'm curious to find out who took this! I thought this was Seneca Lake before even glancing up at the title. This is where I live.

I like the lighting on the vineyards but the heavily burned area on the left is weighing heavily (for me) and my eyes keep floating over there. Still a nice image, though.

The left part of the photo is a little too dark, something on this photo thats not really working for me.

I like it how the lines in the sky work with the lines on the ground. The mood and light is very pleasing, but I feel it misses an element to make it realy stand out. I means something like a hunter in the field, a tree or a house, a tractor or something like that. I do like the fence at the bottom. 8

Gorgeous colours and great composition here. Like how you've avoided actually putting the sun in the frame. Nicely done. 8.
