Not much to say...Gorgeous!

Whoa- what angle was this shot taken from? This is obviously not a conventional suspension bridge.

Wonderful colors! Good job!

Controversial or not, that is one cool bridge - I like the straight-cablestay/ suspension bridges. You picked a good time of day to take this also - the sunset colors contrast well off this bridge's colors and angles.

I like this shot. The light on the suspenders and the triangular supports bring the eye right up from the river front. 7!

Who?

I can't quite figure this picture out - the perspective has left me very confused! It kind of looks like the drawing of starcases where whichever way you look at it you see a different perspective. I love the colors in the sky, backed with the 'industrial' background! Gave it 10!

Nice image, I don't like the tilt though, needs to be rotated a bit.

Great! You picked an excellent time of day to shoot it, too. Plus, if there ever happens to be a challenge called "MW," you'll have a sure-fire winner! :)

Not sure what the controversy is, but it's a pretty cool looking bridge, too bad about the background -- nice photo though
03/11/2003 11:15:18 AM
why is it controversial?

I like the colors and overall shot. I think I like it more with about an inch cropped off the bottom though.

Nice shot, but it could use a little rotating to get the water-line straight.
03/10/2003 03:49:10 PM
I never saw any bridge like this before. WOW. I bet it is controversial.

I live in Houston and almost took one of this bridge. Must of took it this weekend cause the weather has been against you all week. Excelent shot 10 from me. Nice use of the cross screen filter.

Now I wish I had done that one. Might have to do one later just cause.

Beautiful colors. Straighten the horizon and you've got a top-notch picture.

I think that a non-centric composition would help this shot out.
