| ok, i'm sorry if this comes across harsh, because i usually try to be as tactful as possible, but this image is really testing me. come on! yes, you have a blurred background, but other than the rain drops on the windshielf, it's all blurry. there is no subject! i can tell that you have a semi-decent camera and that you are using some type of post-processing software. you could have found just about anything to take a picture of that could have made use of this grayed out background other than shooting through the windshield. save shots like this for your portfolio, not for challenges, where the purpose is to grab the voter's attention and engage their imagination with your image, not to make them scratch their heads and wonder why you submitted what you did. all i can say here is better luck next time. (and if you don't think i know what i'm talking about, look at my lucky seven entry!) |
