Green of the grass is too harsh. change the saturation?

This shot it very cute & i fully appreciate how hard it is to capture a shot of wild animals. The Doe is a bit too centered for my liking & I find the highlights on the grass a bit distracting, but its a really nice photo & i'm guessing there many not have been a opportunity to reposition yourself to achieve a shot from a diffenent angle.

I really think the shadowy trees in background make the shot, they look quite foreboding, a stark contrast to the tranquility represented by the sunbathing deer.
