This is part of the "reprograming" process I'm putting myself through. Over the years I've picked up some nasty habits, smoking being one of the most insipid. My mom's father died of heart failure due to cancer; my dad's father did as well... you think I'd get the hint!

Great image. I also agree you'll be able to sell this to an anti-smoking campaign.

damn good idea as others mentionned. you should try and sell this idea for anti-smoking campaigns. Might make a buck or two

Brilliant idea, I've never seen anything like this before, it'd be perfect for an ad campaign to compel people to stop smoking. Haunting image. Gotta give you a 10 for this!

Nice idea captured well. This image can definitely be improved my getting rid of the blue caste and adjusting curves/levels. The information is there is there in it to make a very striking image, but it's just not been processed well. I am assuming that for some reason you missed the caste and couldn't do much with contrast. But if you need help with what I am talking about, you can drop me a PM and I will show you.

Nicely done. I happen to agree with the concept too. I'd prefer it if the light did not fall off so much at the end of the barrel.

Wow. With a white background, this would be great as stock photography. I like the message. 7.

As a set up for a propaganda image this is ideal. To my eye, your execution of it could have been improved with the use of levels or histogram adjustments to really take that background to black, and probably also by using a softer and more angled light, which I think would help provide a threatening sheen on the gun, and prevent that glare on the bullet. Not an image I like, I'm afraid - it's too straighforward and obvious a message for me, akin to being battered over the head. But neatly done. 5
