interesting image, though i'm not sure i'd consider that background bokeh. and it's not that i'm looking for blobs of light--i'm just looking for backgrounds that enhance the subject and contribute to the image without distraction. here, the background practically commands the image, inspite of the razor-sharp focus.

Hope this doesn't sound absurd, but I like the composition. Having said that, it's a clever entry. 7.

Nice idea but the bokeh made up of the word "Pepsi" has a very weird look to it and hurts the eyes when looked at. Kind of a cool effect though.

Significant sharpening artifacts (or maybe it has too much jpg compression). Especially noticeable has a halo around the letters in the word Pepsi.

The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light." We sorta have that, but it's marginal. Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? This is more like a shallow DOF shot than a bokeh shot. And in my mind the background definitely detracts from the foreground ;)

Wow, although I did not enter this challenge, this is exactly what I was going to do. Composition and everything... weird. My title was going to be "Second Choice of a new generation."
