 Bunch of dairy cattle (Holsteins) around me. Great sunrise and a curious cow. Would rather not have the building and trees, but gives a little more character.
Shot with 50mm f1.8 at 1/320th on ISO 800 (forgot I left it on that from shots the night before). Still came out well with the SB600 flash on iTTL and Lumiquest BounceFlash

I'm not a big 'cow picture' fan, but I like this. I like the colors in the sky that offset the blue-ish tone of the picture.

I love how the cow is perfectly posed and the color in the background is great with the red, orange and blue tones.

The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light."Absolutely present! Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? Most definitely. This shot is just fabulous in every regard.
