Nice capture. I find the top 2/3 of the image distracting and busy (however, may have been your desire). Does however give a different perspective of the gull flying beneath the skyline rather than above.
Great DOF here - the city background really adds interest. I would have liked it if the seagull was a little more differentiated - it seems a little flat here - maybe more contrast ? Great job in stopping the motion.
