Daniel,
Again a great pic. I would never have thought it's yours, just showing again what a master you are. You can not be labeled as a 'stereotype, that's for sure!

Wow--what great tones. Rose toning? Is that Waldo on the terrace? Looks like we ended up being neighbors on this one, LOL. One thing I noticed on this but didn't have time to comment: a slight perspective correction would have made the lines straighter. Something to think about if you are shooting for the architecture challenge--though I am sure you know more about that than me anyway!

Edit: Oops--I realize you could not adjust perspective here for the open challenge!

I just really dig on this whole photo. You don't really want to find Waldo because there is so much to look at. The wite on the right helps give depth but is a bit distracting over all. I usually don't like sepia prints but this is an exception.

I think there's someone on the steps in the far right side of the picture, but I'm not even sure. So: you did a good job hiding your person. I like the texture of the building, the decoration and ornaments are interesting. I think you should have cropped away the grass, it doesn't fit the otherwise very harmonic and well applied duotone. 8.

Where is the person? OK, I see him. I saw him before I guess, but didn't nkow what he was. You must understand the resolution that people judging these images will be viewing at.

Nice composition and I see Waldo! I'm glad there are wreaths, as they add interest.
