umm...I don't see a person... Aside from that though, I find the stuff in the background beyond the wall distracting. It's a nice looking subject, but I think you could have eliminated some of the distractions by closing in more on the statue.

Interesting use of almost negative space. The street that can be seen above the wall is VERY distracting though.

IMHO, I´d prefer that Waldo had been hiden in the monument. But just my opinion

Hm. The head in the corner does a lot to provide scale for the statue, which otherwise would appear much smaller than apparently it actually is.
