 In my opinion, the circular discs in the out-of-focus areas of this picture are a good example of obvious bokeh. I'm not saying that the bokeh in this shot is good bokeh, just that it is an example of obvious bokeh.

definately bokeh, and a nice one to boot
not so sure about the tilt to this, give it a bit more dynamic than a level on has but the dynamic seems to have no reason
