Nice clarity and color. Good capture. I would crop a little more of the left side and, as Jinjit says, the ear on the right out. Also, if the original has more of his head I would leave it in at least to the top. Otherwise it is a great portrait.

I like the expression on the guy's face. Also, the two parts of shirts on the bottom corners, frame the face nicely.
I would clone out the "nobody's ear" on the right though :-)
