Didn't vote but this is really nice. Just shows that what we ignore every day is actually interesting when we apply more scrutiny. A good point well made.

| Seeing is what photography is all about, and this is a good example. The leaf is interesting and its contrasting setting here works well. |

| Simple, dried up, dead things? ;-) Good shot - well focused, good DoF and I like the comp. |

| The tangled branches of the middleground is quite busy but I think it adds ot the photo. Would've liked to see the leaf a bit brighter, perhaps by dodging it. The whites shining through the branches are what I find distracting. |
