Luscious tonalities, rich dark areas. Awkward composition to my eyes, I'd liek to see half as much black behind the figure and more added in the direction to which he's looking. he's trapped by this framing.

Love this shot. Wish you had left a majority of the space in the frame in front of him though. Usually if a subject is looking in a certain direction, its photographically correct to leave space in the frame on whichever way they are looking so that it doesnt seem cramped. Nice shot though.

Nice picture. Too bad the highlights on his shirt are blown out.

I like this composition. I think the figure in the foreground holds enough interest to float the boat so to speak.

It appears that his shirt and hat was a bit overexposed, and the background is fairly dark, which seems to me like the lighting was rather difficult to work with. It's a tough situation to be in, and overall I think you handled it fairly well. One other issue: appears to be miscropped evidenced by the lower right corner. But that's not distracting enough to be a major issue. Well done.

One of the better ones that I have seen! I like the tonal range and crop! Good job! 9

Dang LCD. Can never tell if it is the photo or the gamma, but the whites on this (hat and sleeve) appear too smoothed or blown out. On the other hand the depth of the midtones is very strong and this tends to balance out the shirt/door which are on the extreme. A very crisp image that could esily have been staged, but still appears quite candid and relaxed. Despite the shoulder and hat, I'm bumping this to an 8.

Nice shot
One thing I do notice is that the white hat, shirt and towel seem to be overexposed or overprocessed? Given that the white window frame seems to be ok I would guess overprocessed.
