What a perfect rule of third, vertically and horizontally.. looks like a POV from a movie.. I wonder is this was a zoom lens or you're in another boat. Congratulations!

It was their big day to go sailing. Ricky had just completed his boating certification course and was so excited to take the new couple on their first ride around the lake. He knew he was sufficiently prepared.
All ready, push off, sails up.
They looked outwards and upwards... no clouds, all blue, calm water... all good. Drifting with the tide and feeling occasional puffs of wind... perfect!
The coastline was visible, a comforting presence in the distance, but they didn't come near it. Just cruising. Susie put her head back and reveled in the quiet breeze. Jim was on the lookout for other boats etc. Altogether it was an extremely pleasant afternoon.
Ricky returned home knowing he chose the right course and feels great about signing up his next customers.

Sarah was surprised at how quickly the land disappeared behind them. Their guide had just enough time to finish a sandwich.
"Choose your course," he said, grinning.
She and her boyfriend laughed. They weren't boaters. They were here to fish.
"I'm serious," he said. "I've been doing fishing tours for 30 years. I'm going to be 70 next week. I'm tired. I'm bored. We could sail back to land, we could wander into perfect fishing, we could go so far into the sea we'll run out of supplies. It all depends on which way you choose."
"But we... we don't know where we are..." said Sarah.
"All I see is ocean," said her boyfriend.
"That's ok," said the guide, grinning again. "You can just point. We'll go in that direction."
"What if we don't point?" asked Sarah.
The guide laughed loudly. "Then I'll jump off this boat right now!"
The sun was directly above them. She couldn't even figure out the cardinal directions. She stretched out her left hand and... pointed to a horizon that looked like every other horizon.
"And away we go!"

Setting sail on their 2,000 nautical mile journey, a mild panic set it when the Captain asked if anyone brought food. This revelation set the tone for the rest of their 3 month ordeal. 😲
