 I loved this too much to not enter. I had something that might’ve scored better, but this one spoke to me. I was at the foreshore, and it pelted down with rain, so I sat in the parked car and took a few photos of pedestrians walking by. I took a pretty cool one of some joggers.. I felt so sorry for them. I’m not sure if they knew the rain was coming, they probably did but didn’t care.

Way to go snapping up first place with this one. :-) This is the kind of seeing I love these challenges for. And I still think a rainy window is an awesome photo filter, when used this atmospherically.
