This one was my second highest score for the challenge. And such a fittingly titled tribute. Vlado got it exactly right in his comment.

The out-of-focus foreground makes my eye want to refocus... it's a weird sensation, like when my camera tries to focus on something but it's just that little bit too close and it just keeps zooming in and out and in and out. This is ART, plain and simple. One of my favourites in this challenge.
