Last minute thought. Taken in B/W from camera. I used auto contrast, adj brightness substantially as it was a very dark photo. USM and add border. Slight adj levels and curves.
If I had more time I would have taken it differently, but for something that wasn't planned I'm quite happy with it. I set the clock at 4 (afternoon) as that is the deadline time for submissions here in Australia ! I just made this with 5 mins to go ! I welcome any comments !

IMHO it's not really hidden when you set it up. I enjoy your idea, and the B&W looks great but I think you sell yourself short when you set up things like this. Had this been an ad or something I would comment differently.

Seems a little "contrived" rather than "hidden" as I thought was intended by the challenge. Also would rather see the whole clock...and seems that sepia does not do the image justice. Bottom of chain also seems out of focus.

I'm thinking this was a posed shot, right?

Still, it is rather humorous and I think black and white is a good choice.

However, I feel like the image is a little bland and the area where there IS variation (in the upper right) is a little distracting.

In my opinion this is not what they were looking for in this challenge.

Think I might have used a lighter background for the chains.
