I'm far from convinced I properly understand Cubist ideas and principles. But this snapshot at the post office near work occurred to me as an opportunity within a single-exposure framework to showcase multiple perspectives fractured and reassembled on a single geometric plane. Maybe that's Cubist enough to pass muster?

At any rate, I think it's kind of cool to look at.

** AFTER ROLLOVER **

I'm stunned this performed this well and supremely grateful for the comments. Working on this one--and I did try several other things--reminded me of being back in college as a music major trying to write an atonal serialist piano composition for a class assignment. Definitely not my preferred aesthetic lane to work in, but I do love the way this challenge stretched me to explore an artistic lane I've probably never spent much time contemplating in the past.

I love everything about this, from the lines - everywhere! - to the toning. Very well seen and photographed.

Great use of reflections, nicely "blocked" and deconstructed.
