| Melethia, they are the mister's, actually the backside of: the knees have gaping holes from gardening, wood chopping and maybe cooking. the least I could do. my own, at the moment are bell bottoms, a handmedown from somewhere. even if I go to a real store its hard to find ones with the integrity of old. |

| Yours? I have rediscovered my love of jeans now that they're not longer super-skinny. I've always been a denim fan, but I do have to deal with practicalities these days, you know. |

| thanks for the comments. in fact that scraggly, deer eaten arbutus does serve as a clothesline on a sunny day. |
