This old shed is located behind a local farm stall. I’ve driven past it countless times. When I saw the Posthumous challenge, I knew it would perfectly suit the challenge. The light was pretty sharp, by the time I got there, and for once we had perfectly clear skies. I used a circular polarizer to darken the skies a bit.

Processing was fairly simple… I desaturated everything but the roof, added gradient masks top and bottom, to darken (reduced exposure) those parts, then added a circular mask to soften the grass and shrubs around the building somewhat. I also removed some dust, two small telephone lines and a small outhouse, that was just in frame on the right of the image.
