 I took tons of pics of this one and finally got the one I wanted. I wanted the gears static and the wheel moving but I kept getting blurred gears and finally I hit the hot one with everything the reflector in motion and the wheel with gears static. There is only auto color, rotation and resize of the editing. Fliped over bike with black back drop and white light. No flash.

Wow first top 10 finish. I cant believe how you feel. I'm proud of myself but now I know I have to work harder and get better. Thanks to all that voted and commented on my photograph.

Wonderful use of light to emphasize the moving spokes. This is the best bike image in the challenge.

Great lighting and motion. THE BEST bicycle shot in the challenge, and there are a ton. Seriously, I wonder why people all thought of a bike??? Anyway, a fabulous shot!

Spectacular shot. I love the motion you've captured....and the lighting coimg from the center and along the spokes is slendid. Even the shadows are neat to look at. Well done!

nice range of values. i like this one, but i wish the crop were a bit tighter. the wheel is in tension with the edges of the photo.

Nice framing and effect, but lacking in the critical sharpness this sort of image seems to demand.

Because of elements and composition of the image, I think greater depth of field (through out the image) would enhance the impact.

This will probably do well - i have seen a similar pic before. It was a closer crop - and a better pic. The two thigs that junp out at me as distracting are the red idler gear and the out of focus words on the frame. otherwise, well done.
