 I don't know if I'll enter another triptych challenge unless the size restrictions are upped, you just lose too much when scaling the size down like this.

I bake quite a bit, but ironically, I stopped making sourdough. Got tired of the scheduling. I find I enjoy using instant yeast a lot more as I feel I can be more spontaneous with it.

Three very different light situations, well done. I like that - although I'd prefered that the middle one wasn't converted to bw.
But above all I'm already curious to see after rollover who shares my passion for baking sourdough bread!
