I think it’s because of:

1. Shooting through the multiple panes of glass of the building was in is giving some multiple images through refraction.

2. I think I added too much glow in post.

I can't tell if it's the post processing, the way the light is hitting the building, but i feel like something is holding this image back from being truly great.
