 History mystery, freshly discovered (at least by me) nearby culvert(?). It was quite elaborately constructed and deemed worthy of a stone to commemorate it, engraved R.S.S 1886. The archway has at some point been bricked up having ceased its original function, whatever that may have been. I will try to find out more about it if I can. Watch out for any updates...
