Very eye-catching. BW and high contrast are just right for it. No one else seems to wonder what he was doing - carrying a box or scratching! I do especially like the way the ceiling girders pull the eye in to the figure.
Architecture can almost always be improved by adding a human element – and this is no exception. Great scene!
The man's posture is a bit odd though – it reminds me of a gorilla scratching itself.
