 In RAW, sharpen, reduce blue in "Luminance".
In PS, clone out 2 ugly seagulls and some of trash, sharpen, levels, reduced some highlights in shadows/highlights, no crop, resize, border, save.
I predict top 50, but maybe 5.0.

Nice scenery. Almost too much of it IMO. How would it look with just a thin slice of that sky and some of the left edge cropped out?
