| Love your composition and processing, however, I’ve had to deduct a point for what appears to be a sloping horizon, unfortunately, the land adds to the effect but its still not perfectly level... |

| This is amazing! One of only a few 10's I gave in this challenge. Simplicity in art is something I am simply not capable of doing. This is complete inspiration to me. The horizon is perfectly level, the darkest sand still has details. The tones are rich and perfectly balanced between the two colors. Surf's flat! :-) I'm guessing East coast, Savannah to Myrtle Beach area. Maybe just a little farther North to Norfolk. It looks like you could walk out about a half mile and still be only waste deep in the water. An absolutely perfect work of art. I do hope to see this on the front page. There are several other shots in this challenge that are masterful images. It's the uncommon simplicity of this that keeps pulling me in. Fantastic work! |
