 Taken on a recent trip to Glacier National Park.

Response to those questioning the yellow sky: The editing of the image involved Auto RAW edit and sharpening only. There were no changes to the colors. The sky was actually as it appears except that the overall picture exposure was brightened by the auto edit. I suspect that the yellow appearance was from micro particles of smoke that had blown in from forest fires in Canada that were in progress and the yellow was enhanced by the setting sun. It had mostly dissipated by this day but earlier in the week it was more obvious as smoke in the early morning.

P.S. The reason I took this picture with my iPhone was that my camera was on a tripod set up for a Timelapse of the sunset. When I saw the Buck I didn't want to disrupt my camera so I quickly and quietly slid down the embankment and composed the shot with the iPhone. I think it did a fairly good job.

Funny. Post this on social media nowadays and everyone would shout "AI!". Great timing to be there at this moment. Some would take this for granted - not an easy thing to capture true wildlife AND in a wonderful setting at that. Good luck!

This is a beautiful capture but something about the yellow in the sky looks unnatural IMO
