 This is an another macro shot. At first, I put my wife's statue of "Gooddess of Mercy" on the table. Lighting at her with blue one. It came quite something! But not really meeting the challenge.

Cut an article from the news paper about the Iraq crisis, and used it as a background. Wanted to create in the pic. about "Peace and false in this War"!! Goddess of mercy, she is seeing the truth!!

This is really interesting. I would prefer it not being so dark though. But if you had lightened it anymore you would have blown out the right side of the statue.

I statue is neat. I'm not sure what's in the background though.

I guess I don't get the message. I understand how the guy in the background could be signifigant ( after I figured out that he wasn't a ninja ). What is the signifigance of the statue in the foreground?

Good comparison between subjects. The rear pictue is quite hard to see the details of.
Perhaps less shadowing of the left side of the statue would have been better.

I enjoy the contrasts here. The softness of the statue, and the hardness of the image behind it. The statue looks a little bit over exposed in some spots (like where the light is creating its whitest spots), but this doesn't really detract from the image -- it almost gives it a painting like quality.
