This is just my opinion, but using the filter is fine, but if you use it I would do it delicately and boost up the contrast, it will make a world of difference to your water depths, and again on your any and trees , masking off those three areas and brining delicate but more or less pronounced would give you the floaty wispy feel and not just one overall filter look Just my 2 cents xox

Since I seldom mark an image with a 4, I think I have to say why.
Personally, I dislike profoundly these types of filter and I do not think they belong to an artistic photography.

I like the composition, with the emptiness at the bottom of the image. The filter ruins it, though. Protect your art from filters!
