fascinating composition. once again, bob does a good job of pointing out the parts that make the photo good: the obscurity of bird faces and the branches.

Nicely caught moment here with the herons interacting probably to get some nest material. Bird photography is tough and getting the bird faces visible and sharp really help with the impact. The branches here got in the way and kind of clutter the otherwise great moment.

They have a lot of work left to do if they're setting up housekeeping in that tree!
