Nice capture with the bird in flight with both wings visible and the eye looking great. Unique to see a fish in the mouth rather than the claws. Harsh lighting at that time of day is tough. Maybe also if you are photoshop/lightroom inclined select the sky and give it a touch more saturation to give the image some pop.
