I wasn't sure what to expect when I asked this man if I could take his photo, but he was genuinely happy to pose for me and seemed some what embarrassed at the same time. I forgot to grab his name, but I did thank him big time.

You really made harsh lighting conditions work for you it all lends to this mans harsh life that is evident in so many ways and yet, he chose to smile when you asked him to take his picture. Speaks volumes and is moving.
