I wonder if this is PennyStreet because the exposure is the best it could possibly be for this photo, which probably would not come together at any other exposure.

I like the high key nature of the image. The 2 central figures appear to be the subjects but the other figures are competing for attention. I am unclear where/what type of scene this is and the title is a bit vague.
