I really like this, some minor improvements may be:
A tad more contrast
Slightly lower camera position
Avoiding overexposure of windows by choosing a different time of day or HDR or exposure blending |

| Good viewpoint to show the total room and even the next, probably better than a realtor would do. The image could do with some shift of blackpoint to enhance contrast. |
