 Taken at the Oakland Zoo with Sigma 100-300mm f/4 APO lens @ f/6.3. PS- Cropped, curves, saturation, gaussian blur on blue channel to reduce noise, slight blur to background, sharpened and lightened face and eye, resize, add border, USM.

nice feather details. the tonal range could be a little better - I'd like to see darker tones in the beak, for example.

Nice,but not pin sharp. The feathers are not that sharp, particularly on the wing on the left and on the top of the head. Perhaps some USM?.

A tad overexposed around the top/back of the head, but nice detail where its not blown out
