In my mind, nothing could ever hurt as much as losing a child. This photo broke my heart as I stood all alone in the cemetary with tears running down my face. I don't even know this child but I felt his family's pain as I took this photo. I wasn't even sure I should have taken it but I thought this would show the ultimate despair. There is a picture of a beautiful little 3 year old boy in the right hand corner but I didn't want to show it. I wanted the family to remain anonymous to protect their privacy.

You can tell this child was missed dearly. You have a big heart to see the pain of others. Great picture to show despear.

definately despair. sorry i dont even know what to say. my son has about a million of these little cars, and this hits too close to home. counting my blessings, and feeling lucky right now. about the photo, I'm left wondering how old the person is in the shot. nothing to say adult or child, but definatly makes me think child. good focus and clarity. good find for the challenge. (although not really a good find at all. you know what I mean) good luck in the challenge.

Subject could have been good. But... the composition does not lead us to the subject - the child's name, the exposure is flat, and the focus is poor.

:( Sad. Looks like a childs grave, with all the little toys around it.

Cluttered

I feel like the crop is a little too tight at the bottom and too much at the top, although I'm thinking there may be reasons for not showing the details on the stone. The image is certainly expressive and fills one with sadness.

Deceptive photo (delightfully). Just looks like some cliche shot of a tombstone until you see the objects placed around it. I wish they were more in focus or that they somehow had more attention. Nice observation.

This photo was hard work...imagine..the grief...the pain... the love.. the despair..displayed for strangers to see...and for a person to relay in this challenge...alot of tears...
