 Fish lavishing their owners with love? I know, but I don't have a dog or a cat...sorry. Caught him with his mouth wide open. Thus the title (though this small detail is likely to escape the attention of voters :). I suspect some people will complain about the background. I should have stuck a blue card back there or something, but I like it.

This is the best I could manage after about 40 tries. I couldn't get him to fan his fins any better than this. I felt sorry for blinding him repeatedly too.

Thanks for your comments. I guess the interaction that fish have with their owners, mostly feeding them, didn't quite pan out. Ha!

underrated - i guess cuz of the people aspect. i like the background - blue could've worked too, if it was light enough to not 'blend' with the fish.

Aquarium shots are not easy - I am not sure how you did this - but the water is blown out and seems unatural. the fish is a bit underexposed. Interesting image as in not what i'd expect to see on DPC. Hmm..no people...
