 I've reworked this thing SO many times! LOL Tired of looking at it. Probably overcooked it by now, but I'm settling at this point with this iteration.

Looks like a deliberately overblown HDR. And it works, at least for me. The souped up colors and sky lend a crackly urgency to the image. Drive safe.
The window itself, even from within a car, is not quite evident.
