I like this but I feel you should’ve cropped most of the top part, it doesn’t really add to the photo in my humble opinion.

I love the bottom part of this. I don't think that the top more-than-half contributes anything of appeal. 8

Although the cement plant lights interplay well with the twilight sky, I'd try a different composition. I'm wondering how the image would look if you had cropped out the sky and increased the "real estate" of the blue water instead. Love the colors.
