 10 minutes before the challenge begins and I actually like this shot. My initial comments below when uploaded were that I didn't think that this was a great entry. Looking at now, I think it might exceed my expectations. Interest to see what the voters think. Looking forward to the results and comments.

Hope this doesn't negatively impact my average (goal) of 5.5 over the next five challenges (two down or underway with a 5.6 average). Searched everywhere for yellow and drove by a grocery store and saw the yellow carts.

I liked the result, but not sure if the voters will. If it wasn't for this damn addiction and need to submit a photo, I would have probably not entered this challenge. Took other yellow shots but was not happy with them.

PSP8 - Auto Saturation enhancement, some other minor adjustments. Did not crop. Also ran through NI.

Shot was taken early morning. Parked car on an angle to shine headlights on carts. Gave the effect of the sun shining. Hope you like!

It took a while. I thought at first that these were the starting gates at a horse track -(when you think about it, it actually is a good parallel.) Nice use of line and motif. The repeated curves punctuated by the black circles and showcased by the little bit of snow gives some punch to this image. What store has yellow shopping carts?
