i don't see the glitter as an enhancing elemant to the image but too each his or her own
thats my 2ยข loose the glitter and the image is nice(maybe some saturation or hotter color too) |

| Very nice composition. The glittery highlights look unnatural, did you apply a lot of unsharp mask or other sharpness correction? |
