Might not have enough yellow to suit some voters but for me it fits the challenge theme perfectly and is an excellent image overall.

| Great composition!!! One of the top images I've seen so far (no it isn't the first image...third) LOL. SImple yet tells a trying adventure for this leaf. Very nice shot. |

this picture is very pretty.
if i could, i would make two fairly minor changes: loosen the crop at the top so the leaf isn't so close to the border, and maybe clone or dodge out the black stain near the hinge. hey, i know that last one isn't legal under basic editing rules... but given those changes, i'd hang this one on my wall. i really like it. |
