This is my first attempt at a zoom blur. This was a 3 second exposure and the focal length was adjusted throughout.

Gorgeous. Perfect amount of fog to break the petals into distinct layers. Is it a lucky shot or did you create the fog? ADDED: Now that I see how you did it I'm more impressed. Bumped from 9 to 10. Excellent.

with its square crop it reminds me of cd cover, a different approach to the flower thing everyone else is doing, i like it. simple and effective

Great idea, needed some time to figure this one out... Nice contrast made with light and shadows between foreground and background.

This is a little on the dim side and lacks some oomph. I copied it over to Photo Shop, went into levels and adjusted the green channel to 32, 1.00, 255 and got what I believe is a really outstanding effect, while retaining, I believe, your artistic intent. A 9.

The certer part of the flower is great. Maybe a darker background would help it stand out more.
