| I love the bird of paradise flower. This is such a beautiful photo of it. I really wish you would havae it on a white background so the color of it stood out on it's own. Also wish you could have gotten rid of the shadows. This is such a georgeous sample of this specimen. Still a great photo with really nice focus and cropping. Rates an 8 as it is. |

| I like the lighting and composition a lot. It looks like you've used quite heavy sharpening here (the white line around the subject). I would perhaps have gone for a dark colour border too. 6 |

| Might have tried a contrasting or black background. Black would have absorbed the shadows. |

| i understand that you selected yellow background for the challenge, but the flower doesn't stand out very well against it... there is enough yellow in the flower itself... it would've looked better on a more contrasting background... |

| Nice image and display of colors. It's kind of boring though. It doesnt create much interest to the eye. |

| The flower in ON the background so the shodow is spreading around. That make the image looks hard. The border doesn't work. |
